The Classic English Longbow is crafted from a solid hickory stave and treated with a clear, protective polyurethane finish. The bow follows the traditional 8/5 rule making it applicable for historical shoots. The grip is bound in supple, suede leather and fitted with protective arrow rest tabs on both sides, making this bow equally useful to left and right handed archers. This bow has a simple and practical, time-tested design that is emblematic of much of the character of Medieval England. Included is a bowstring and a Certificate of Authenticity which also contains useful bow care instructions.
