I have bought these vases multiple times for our farm’s flower business and have consistently admired their quality and how much our customers enjoy their style. Unfortunately, the vases received this time were used and dirty, with plant residue still attached. Despite not having the time to return them, I cleaned them thoroughly and proceeded with our business. It would be appreciated if the seller ensured that their products are brand new for all customers.
