The Red Dragon Knee Guards bring excellent knee protection to your HEMA training with an encompassing frontal plate of rigid plate of impact plastic which is backed in thick foam. Integrated into the sides of the knee guard are a generously thick layer of plastic plate. For HEMA, this product has been classified as either appropriate for all skill levels or appropriate for those with Advanced Skills.
