Note, care and safety instructions – slate products as they only use the 100% natural raw slate and hand-cut it to shape, irregularities on the surface/sharp edges and corners and tiny chips off within the finished designs are to be expected. To maintain the appearance of these items over time and hide scratches, a natural/cooking oil can be re-applied using a dry, lint-free cloth. Do not wash in the dishwasher. Do not use with abrasive pan scrubs. Do not place in either a conventional or a microwave oven. Slate products are heat resistant – perfect for hot pans and dishes; fridge and freezer safe.
