Robust Body The BMB-P is constructed using high-alloy steel and assembled with MIG welding techniques. To eliminate residual stresses and improve durability, the body undergoes a stress-relief process after welding. To further enhance its strength and resistance to wear, the cylinder, frame and piston groups are all coated with chromium. All Hydraulic Control All motions of the machine are carried out with ease by a top-notch hydraulic system. The hydraulic unit is securely placed on the machine and is reachable easily via a ladder placed on the machine. Manipulator Materials are rotated with ease through driven rollers on the manipulator and forming is performed in the most suitable position. Rollers can be controlled independently or work in sync with the main dishing piston.
