The Dip ‘n Drip from FunCakes is also known as white fondant glaze or poured fondant. With this white glaze you can give your cupcakes or cakes a shiny glaze that hardens. Simply melt the Dip ‘n Drip in the microwave and dip your cupcake in the glaze or pour it over your cake. The glazes hardens out with a bit of a bite and is easy to colour in any desired colour. It can also be used to add some accents to your decorations with a decorating bag Tip: also use the glaze for decorating homemade donuts. Preparation: Pour the fondant glaze in a bowl suitable for the microwave. Heat the glaze on 340W in the microwave for approx. 1 minute, maximum 37°C. Colouring possible. Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water, emulsifier: E471, preservative: E202, acidity regulator: E330. May contain traces of: gluten, egg, soy, milk, nuts, sulphite and lupin. Halal certified. 375 gram fondant glaze is enough for approx. 25 cupcakes or donuts.
